I understand these are sought-after, but after a year of trying, and specifically visiting your Westfield location, I was never even put on a waitlist. It's been a year of "suffering from waiting." That's certainly not the clear process we aim for, especially for such a special request. Can you tell me more about what happened during your previous visit?
