It's because of people like Tony that I even bother with Shreve & Co, as, "With an AD it’s the guy/gal behind the display case that keeps you coming back, not so much the store itself. Case in point is Tony. I’ve bought multiple watches from Tony as he’s knowledgeable, transparent and super responsive. Shreve’s a great place to shop and learn. Ask for Tony!" But getting to that point online was a nightmare. This frustrating ordeal is precisely why I felt compelled to leave this review and ultimately engage in a conversation with customer service.
